How Are YOU Unique!?

😂Hilarious response from the Butterball Thanksgiving hotline: “Play up your sides.” This is a response that is given when someone takes the turkey out of the freezer minutes before needing to put it in the oven, and there is no possibility of it being ready on time. 🦃

🧐What about your job search? Are you highlighting the skills you don’t have on your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn posts, or are you playing up your sides? 

⭐️Be mindful that everything you display during the job search process should demonstrate how TOTALLY AWESOME you are. Your unique talents and accomplishments.

🤩So instead of emphasizing what you don’t have, because you are feeling nervous, wow them with all the ways you stand out from the other applicants.
