Master the Question "Where Do You Yee yourself in 5 Years?"

Master the Question "Where Do You Yee yourself in 5 Years?"

🤷‍♀️I'm just going to say it. Most people answer this question incorrectly.

🗣️Most people talk about working at a company where they can grow, that supports their career development, has a great home/work balance

🪞While ALL of those things are true, the problem with that answer is that it doesn't mention that you see yourself HERE, at the company that you are currently interviewing for

➡️They need to feel like if they hire you, you are vested in working for them and are not looking to quit and move to another position

👩‍💼Maybe you are only interviewing for this position because you need a job and don't plan on being here for 5 years (or even 1)

🙅‍♀Without a doubt, if you demonstrate that during your job interview, you will not get an offer.

🎯So whether you hope to be at this company for a long time, or this is a bridge job until a better opportunity comes along, here's how you can answer the question so that you don't appear overqualified or uninterested.

3️⃣In just 3 minutes learn how to positively showcase your ambition, career goals, and desire for upward mobility at the exact company you are interviewing for.

🎯While also convincing the Recruiter or Hiring Manager why you are the best fit for both this position and this company, because you know the business, where this company fits into the market, what opportunities are available for you, and what your unique selling skills are that can benefit the company
