Answering a call from a Hiring Manager

Quick interview tip.... When answering a call from a hiring manager, if you are in a noisy place, let it go to voicemail and call them back.

If by chance you answer the phone, politely ask for their name and callback number and if you can call them back in 15 minutes when you get to a quiet location.

Every interaction with the potential employer is part of your interview.
