Prepare to Make a GREAT Impression!
Ever go to an event and look up the people you are going to see before you go?
It’s the best way to make a great impression. You know who you want to talk to, what topics you can discuss and questions you can ask that will allow you to be interested and interesting.
It reduces stress and anxiety because you are coming to the event with knowledge about the people you are going to see.
If you are networking, it gives you the upper hand.
Remember to do the same for your interviews. Look up the people you will interview with on the company website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and other social media, to allow you to learn more about your interviewer in advance of the interview.
Never show up at the party or interview unprepared.
