Did you know that employers actually want you to ask for a higher salary than the one they offered you?

I’ve heard from many hiring managers that they generally have some wiggle room and are disappointed when the new employee accepts an offer at face value.

And don’t worry, they are not going to take the offer away from you because you asked for more. The worst they can say is, “no”.
