😬💰Should you apply to the job if the salary isn’t posted? 👍YES! Here’s why:

✅ You can always say no at any point. Before applying is not the time to actively look for reasons to not apply.

✅ Even when the salary is posted (which is required by law in some states) the range is often so ridiculously large that it is irrelevant.

✅ Salary negotiation is a real thing! (Check out my YouTube videos on how to negotiate your salary - linked below) Yes, you do not need to accept the salary originally offered. In fact, nearly all my clients negotiate higher salaries than were discussed in the initial interview.

✅ There are a plethora of benefits and perks, besides salary to consider, waaaaaay more that you ever considered, from benefits to title, opportunities of advancement to commute, profit sharing to PTO (See my popular YouTube video going over all of the things)!
