5 Tricks for Your Job Search

🎯5 Must Dos for Job Seekers:
1️⃣Use a Professional LinkedIn Photo (in appearance. Any ol' smartphone will do. Just no car selfies, pictures with other people, cluttered backgrounds)
2️⃣Target your resume to every position. One resume will not get you the job. Even jobs with the same title can have different requirements.
3️⃣Stop the spray and pray. Be intentional.
4️⃣Write a really awesome WOW cover letter that makes you stand out. If it could be written by anyone, and apply to any job, it's not helping you.
5️⃣Practice for your interviews. The employer will know if you are unprepared.
