I had the most curious conversation with a client the other day, that reminded me of a conversation I had with the contractor renovating my kitchen many years ago.

🙄Brand new kitchen, but the microwave kept tripping the circuit breaker. Finally the contractor said to me, "Mrs. Lish, what do you think is wrong?" My response was, "If I knew what was wrong, I wouldn't need you." HE was my expert. That's why I hired him. If I knew how to fix the problem, I would have done it myself. Right?

🤔Now the curious conversation. "With some other coaches, I don't know, you are sitting there and you have to try to lead them through what you need.

🤔And it's like, 'that's why I'm hiring you, because I don't know. I need you to help me, lead me, I don't know where I'm going from here.
