😉Most people don't make rainbow cookies because they think they are too complicated and not worth the effort.

🍪In reality, rainbow cookies are remarkably simple to make.
🔑 The key is that to do them well, there is a process and necessary steps.
It's not complicated, there's just a process.

✔️From weighing the 3 batters before adding the food coloring, to ensure that the 3 sections will be equal
✔️To compressing the layers under your heaviest cookbooks before cutting
✔️To use both seedless raspberry jam between the layers
✔️And apricot preserves (which are simmered and then strained) to seal the outside, before adding the chocolate
✔️To tempering the chocolate to prevent blooming (discoloration) or cracking

👣Every step is methodical, practical, and easy to manage when done in order

😲I've seen videos of people making rainbow cookies from start to finish in 30 minutes, skipping most of these steps, and even deleting ingredients (like only using 1 jam flavor).
