Summary beats Objective...
Start your resume with a Summary rather than an Objective.
A summary speaks about your strengths and what you can bring to the company, whereas an objective is what you are looking for.
It’s easy to forget, because we are so consumed with our own needs, but an employer is not hiring you so that YOU can learn and grow, etc.
An employer is hiring you because they have a specific job that they need filled. It is your responsibility to connect the dots and show them that you are the best candidate.
Of course, they are happy to have outstanding, ambitious employees that will grow with the company, but their initial reason for hiring you is to fill an open position.
