Video -Your Resume: Can it Pass the Rubrik Test?

Do you remember Rubriks from school… or reviewing your child’s Rubrik to figure out if they did enough work to get an A or their project, or at least a B? I’ll bet it’s coming back to you now.  It was usually one sheet of paper outlining how you needed to structure your assignments and what grade you would get, depending on how many boxes you matched. 

Your resume isn’t just about highlighting everything you’ve accomplished. Structuring your resume correctly showcases your professionalism, your ability to think critically, and ensures it will stay on top of the pile on the interviewer’s desk. The employer doesn’t have a lot to use to determine if they want to call you in for an interview.
