Do you have an objective statement on your resume, a summary of your qualifications, or a combination of the two. Does it even matter? Is the objective better because the Hiring Manager knows exactly what you are looking for? Or is it worse, because it doesn’t highlight what you bring to the party. Why someone should want to hire you.
Is the summary too self serving, bragging about your talents or is it preferred because it clearly addresses your strengths?
