The recruiter or hiring manager will ABSOLUTELY know (they interview people all day, every day. It will be blatantly obvious if you didn't do your homework.)😉

1. Know about the company, why you want to work there and why you applied.✅
2. Be able to talk about everything on your resume and the points on the job posting with relevant examples.🤩
3. Have a positive answer for why you are looking to make a pivot.🙌
4. Research the salary range in advance, and have an answer. 💲
5. Come prepared with a few intelligent questions to ask. (Oh, yeah, please don't make them something you could easily have found on their website.😉)

ALWAYS keep the job in mind. Everything you are saying is letting them know you are the best person for this SPECIFIC job. 💪🤩
